I have a lot of respect for librarians. They are the keepers of literature, art, technology, information, and history.
Today I had the privilege of helping attend the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators of the Inland Northwest table at the Washington Library Association Conference at the Davenport in Spokane, Washington. I have rarely seen such enthusiasm for books, even in my highly erudite college-town, Moscow, Idaho.
Support your local library, folks!
(Here I am with a couple of highly talented Inland Northwest authors—Mary Cronk Farrell and Rani Iyer—showing off our books).
